Yesterday was an unexpected bonus, but our objective still remains the same and that’s to win all our remaining games.

Well as it turned out, yesterday was indeed a very beautiful Sunday, despite Celtic not being in action. Ross County of course done the unlikely and beat The Rangers for the first time in their history. It’s only taken them twelve years, but well done the Staggies.

It certainly wasn’t a result anyone was anticipating as the Dingwall side who are second bottom of the table, were expected to be blown away by Phillipe Clements Galacticos. Especially after the Ibrox side took a one nil lead courtesy of a fortunate own goal.

But the Staggies thought back and hit three goals by the best keeper in world football in Jack Butland, and despite James Tavernier having his obligatory chance from the penalty spot, Don Cowie’s side held on for a hard earned three points.

That could prove to be a pivotal moment in the destination of the title, but from our own point of view our job still remains the same as it was before yesterday’s unexpected bonus.

We need to of course win all our remaining five matches, nothing changes in that aspect. As good as yesterday’s result from Dingwall was, we still need to fully focus on the task in hand, and that is to win our remaining games.
